INTERLACEMENTS AND SURFACE EFFECTS INTO PAPER CREATIONS BY GUIDO FAURO

Today i present a variety of interesting paper creations by Guido Fauro, artist and designer of women's fashion apparel and accessories, with art-historical studies (Bachelor of Arts with a thesis on Byzantine Costume and specialization in Art History with a thesis on the Venetian costume in the eighteenth century), with experience as Costume, Fashion and art History lecturer.
Passioned of applied arts and decoration, started as an autodidact working paper, experiencing the potential in surface effects, with micro-collage, carved a "closed field", needle pitting and weaving, creating effects and textures inspired by fabrics and embroidery stitches. His research - and the passion - led him to achieve high executive levels, used with great sensitivity to exalt as a "little poem" paper hides. Guido is convinced, and i fully agree, that from the fragility of this material derives its aura of beauty and delicacy.
